We’re an organic snack and superfood company based out of Toronto, ON. We're passionate about sourcing ingredients in their most whole form and crafting nourishing snacks that are free from refined sugar, and made with only pure, simple ingredients – and of course, delicious.

It’s our mission to make a positive impact by elevating everyday wellness, collaborating with community, and leading with quality. Nourishment is at the heart of everything we do. When you eat better, you feel better - and you live happier. We believe in elevating our people and communitiesin the same way they have for us. We are a sum of every single person we have crossed paths with - and for that, we are so grateful. We will always choose quality over quantity and take great care in sourcing organic ingredients in their purest form - no fillers, nutrition first. We aspire for simplicity and believe that when you can find ease among the chaos - joy, and flow will follow. If I have a nut allergy, can I eat your products?
We are not a nut free facility. A majority of our products are made with tree nuts including almonds, hazelnuts, pistachios, macadamias and cashews. Our facility does not process peanuts.
Subscriptions
How does subscribe & save work?
When you sign up for a subscription – you have 15% off your order! There is no commitment – you can cancel or pause your membership at any time. You can also set your delivery cadence anywhere from 2 - 8 weeks or change the items in your delivery at any time. You are not required to create an account when you make a subscription order. However, in order to manage your subscription preferences, you need to create an account with the same email provided during your order. Click here if you haven’t created an account yet. Can I skip my next order?
Yes, log in to your account and click ‘Manage my subscription’ on the left hand side of your desktop or scroll down on your mobile. Click view details. Click manage upcoming orders. Click skip order for any upcoming orders you wouldn’t like to receive. If you’re having trouble with this – please feel free to email us at hello@nomz.com.
Can I change the products in my subscription?
Yes, log in to your account and click ‘Manage my subscription’ on the left hand side of your desktop or scroll down on your mobile. Click View details. Click Products in your subscription. Click Swap product and select which flavour you would like to receive instead. If you’re having trouble with this – please feel free to email us at hello@nomz.com.
Can I cancel my subscription?

What are nomz energy bites?
Our energy bites were the very first organic snack made by nomz! Fun fact, almond was the first flavour. They have the texture of a fudgy brownie and the nutty, sweet taste of a decadent treat – but made without any added sugar. These nutrient-dense bites are made with only five pure, simple ingredients. Plus, our energy bites are certified organic, vegan, gluten-free and paleo! They are a perfect grab-and-go treat because they are individually packaged and shelf stable. Enjoy them with a coffee in the morning, a pre-or-post workout snack, for a mid-afternoon pick-me-up, or a sweet treat after dinner. What we’re trying to say is, they’re perfect for any time and any activity!
How many flavours of nomz energy bites are there?
Our energy bites are available in four different flavours: Hazelnut, Pistachio, Coconut and Almond.
If there is no added sugar, how do you sweeten the energy bites?
We sweeten our energy bites naturally with dates! Filled with fiber, antioxidants, vitamins and minerals - dates have a rich caramel-like texture and flavour. Learn more about why dates are our favourite sweetener on our blog here.
What is the shelf life for the energy bites?
4 months stored at room temperature. We ship out energy bites that have been freshly made.

What is Daily Nourish?
Daily nourish is our all-in-one superfood mix! We carefully researched and sourced 12 of the most nutrient-dense superfoods to best support you and your body. Rich in antioxidants, protein, healthy fats, vitamins, and minerals – this blend is made from absorbable organic ingredients to help increase your energy, boost immunity and reduce inflammation.
What is a serving size of Daily Nourish?
One serving of Daily Nourish is 4 tablespoons.
How do I use Daily Nourish?
The most popular way to consume daily nourish is by adding it to your favoureite smoothie! But – it is not the only way to consume this nutrient powerhouse. Product: Nut Butter
What is the shelf life?
The shelf life of our nut butters are 6 months.
Why does the oil separate in the jar? The texture is different from regular peanut butter that I’m used to.
Our nut butters are only made with 1 ingredient – dry roasted organic nuts. Because we don’t use any added fillers or binders, all those good-for-you oils from the nuts naturally separate when they sit. How long can I keep my nomzicles in the fridge?
Your nomzicles can be kept in the freezer for 4-5 months.
I’m in Toronto – can I order nomzicles directly from you?
Our nomzicles are available on Uber Eats and DoorDash within Toronto!

Orders + Shipping
Do you ship outside of Canada?
Yes, we ship worldwide via UPS.We aim for all orders to ship out same day or next day from Toronto, Ontario in Canada. Depending on where you’re located, you’ll receive your parcel within days of placing the order. UPS tracking numbers are automatically emailed to you upon shipment, so you are able to check the progress and ETA of your orders. What is your return policy?
If you aren’t happy with your order, please contact us within 5 days of your delivery date. We’ll be sure to make it right!
What is your shipping policy?
Canada & USA Free standard shipping on all orders $45 USD / $60 CAD and above. Orders under $60 will ship with $12 flat rate shipping. Delivery time within Canada is 1-4 business days. Delivery time to the US is 3-5 business days. International Orders being delivered outside of North America have a flat rate of $40.00. Delivery time internationally is 3-5 business days. Our standard shipping goes with UPS and can be tracked at: https://www.ups.com
Do you offer free shipping?
We are happy to offer free standard shipping on orders $60 and over! To qualify for free shipping, you must be ordering within North America. If you have any questions – feel free to email us at hello@nomz.com.
Why is there a shipping charge for the nomzicles?
In order for our nomzicles to arrive at your doorstep still frozen – they need to be shipped overnight in special dry ice packaging. This special one-day/ overnight delivery is the shipping charge you see in your cart. If you’re in the Toronto / Greater Toronto Area – our nomzicles are available to order on both UberEats and Door Dash!
