Wonderful "clean" snacks!
"These snacks are incredible. I keep a pouch of these with me at all times! I recently learned I had some food sensitivities and Nomz only has 3 to 4 ingredients that you can actually pronounce without additives. Rare find! So happy these are being made. Finally a clean snack that tastes amazing!"
Buying bundles of these
"I discovered these at our local health food store a few months ago. I love them so much I know order them by the boxful. I had two friends over for dinner last night and gave them these as a desert (lazy hostess I know) and they loved them."
Healthy, delicous, and easy to grab and go!
"I order snacks for my team at the office, about 600 of us, and these go like hotcakes! The team is very health-conscious, and we really appreciate having something that is tasty, easy to grab, and most importantly, healthy."
Love this!
"This order is so fresh. . . and received it so quickly. . . . love NOMZ!"
Favourite Office Snack!
"We recently purchased nomz for the office. After searching for a snack that would be supportive and uplifting for our employees, we decided to test out nomz, especially since supporting local aligns with our firm values. It was a real hit. the team loved it, now we need to ration the snacks so everyone can have some! If there is one thing that would be a most welcomed in terms of experience, it's allowing us to do a bulk order but customizing how many of each flavour we get based on favourites. Absolutely happy overall with the snack as well as all the user experience and client support. Keep up the great work."
Best cravings dessert!
"These are definitely top best dessert to have for a sugar craving. All good whole ingredients and healthy, nothing processed. Will be restocking the ultimate variety pack from time to time! :)"

Q&A
Frequently Asked Questions
180 calories per snack pouch... is that a lot?
A snack with higher calories that contains healthy fats, fiber, and protein is going to keep you satiated and fuelled for longer, as opposed to a low-calorie carbohydrate rich snack which is more likely to spike your blood sugar and leave you feeling hungry soon after. The quality of the ingredients in your food are so much more important than the number of calories – this is why we highlight our ingredient list on the front of all our packaging, rather than hiding it on the back!
Are the nuts dry roasted or oil roasted?
All of the nuts used in our products are dry-roasted. Dry roasting means no oils have been added to the roasting process.
Are nomz organic bites a blood sugar balanced snack?
Yes! Our bites contain fiber, healthy fats, and protein which work together to slow down the digestion of carbohydrates. This delays glucose absorption into the blood, preventing glucose spikes and keeping you fuelled for longer.
Are nomz organic bites toddler and kid-friendly?
Yes! Nomz bites are 100% toddler and kid approved. Many parents have reported back that their kiddos and picky eaters LOVE snacking on our decadent organic bites. Who wouldn't?!
Why are nomz bites sweetened with medjool dates?
Swapping refined sugars for naturally sweet Medjool dates is our favourite way to satisfy cravings while nourishing the body with a nutrient-dense whole food. Medjool dates are rich in fiber (hello, blood sugar balance!) and contain beneficial antioxidants, vitamins and minerals.
