We thought we’d start with the most simple of the smoothies on our list. Our single ingredient almond butter combined with just two other ingredients and some ice makes for a perfect and elegant almond butter smoothie.
Ingredients
- Nomz organic almond butter
- Maple syrup
- Milk (your choice but almond or dairy work equally well)
- Ice

- This really couldn’t get any more simple - put all the ingredients into a blender, and blend for 30 seconds
- The more ice you add to the mix, the thicker your smoothie will be
- Tip: taste the smoothie before you pour it from the blender into your glass - it will give you the chance to add more ingredients based on whether you like it thicker, thinner or sweeter
2. Blueberry Almond Butter Smoothie
This smoothie has a fruity twist to make it even healthier than the base option. This is one of our favorites - it’s just so delicious as well as being nutritious.
Ingredients
- 1 sliced and frozen banana
- ½ cup of frozen blueberries
- 1 tbsp of nomz organic almond butter
- ¾ cup of plain almond milk
- 1 tbsp of chia seeds

- Blend the banana, blueberries, almond butter, almond milk and chia seed until the mixture is a creamy texture
- As with other recipes, taste before you serve so you can make any adjustments so the flavor is to your liking
- Sprinkle more chia seeds on top to serve
3. Spinach and Date Almond Butter Smoothie
